📣 Hey fam! The four stages of maturity are going to be the focus of today's conversation, which is all about how you can expand your side business. Working for another person and gaining experience in areas such as diligence, consistency, problem-solving, and conflict resolution is the first step in the process. The second level consists of acquiring the skills necessary to hustle and being independent. You are able to better grasp your talents and produce income for yourself as a result of this.
At the third and last level, complete independence, you turn into a solo entrepreneur and handle everything by yourself. However, at some point in the future, you will reach your capacity and be required to go to level four. At this stage, you will become a full-fledged business owner and will rely on other people, procedures, and systems to get the job done.
