The 4 Rules of Emotional Engagement

Okay, so you struggle with an emotional issue. Maybe anxiety, depression, fear, anger, or some other emotional struggle.

What are you going to do about it?

Many people lose hope, give up, and live a defeated life. But, that's not you!

You don't want to live in defeat and give up on life.

You need to work on the 4 Rules of Emotional Engagement:

Rule 1. Don't Be Naive.

Learn and understand your struggle. Know thy enemy and do something about it.

Rule 2. Don't Give Up.

Don't allow your struggle to defeat you.

Rule 3. Don't Give In.

Don't listen to your negative thoughts any longer.

Rule 4. Don't Lose Hope.

Don't think help is not available. You need to look for help and be willing to ask for help.
