I had to pleasure of watching my god daughter navigate through some emotions yesterday and to say the least it was funny. But as I sat and thought about the situation yesterday in its fullness. We all feel those feelings. So today in episode 2, I talk about those feelings and what they mean, more importantly how to navigate through them.
