The 5-Minute Weekly Money Habit
In the final episode of this series, Julianna recaps recent topics on pricing, cash flow, knowing your expenses and paying yourself and explains that the key is having regular visibility of what is happening in your business. She describes how busy weeks and fear of the unknown lead founders to avoid checking their numbers and shares an example of a founder who felt less worried once she made a simple weekly habit. Julianna sets out a five-minute weekly check-in: look at what came in, what went out, what invoices are still outstanding (and follow up overdue ones today), then write one sentence on what you noticed. She also shares tips to keep the habit going: attach it to an existing routine, make it easy to start and return the next week if you miss one.
