The second of the Principles is Create a Safe Place.. Darin is joined by Kristy Buescher to chat about the meaning of Creating a Safe Place. Kristy is the New Hope Church Children's Director and she draws lines for us of how this is special principle is not only applicable to kids but adults. We talk about leading your group, respecting the process and guarding the hearts of those in your group as outlined by Reggie and Tom in the book, Lead Small.
