The third of the Principles is Make It Personal.. Darin is joined by Carol Donsbach to chat about the meaning of Make It Personal. Carol is our staff leader here at New Hope Church and has years of experience leading and participating in groups. She makes her own walk with God a huge priority and it is obvious! We talk about living in community, setting priorities and being real with others in your group as outlined by Reggie and Tom in the book, Lead Small.
