This five second rule does not talk about the food that dropped on the floor… This is the one about your mind changing what your body wants to do in the sixth second, we forget how often our mind takes control of our thoughts and emotions. Most times we don’t do what we wanna do because our mind dictates what we should do… Logically. Now we change that theory by pushing forward, but we want for the next 21 days!
