Cultural Christianity is a very dangerous place. It mixes a lot (or a little) of the truth with just a tiny twist of the spirit of the age. I made a list of six red flags to look for when trying to find a church to call home or even when you meet someone that talks about Jesus. Because it may not be the right one. 

• Denies the diety of Christ 
• Mixes creationism with evolution 
• Doesn't use all scripture for doctrine, reproof, correction, and instruction 
• Promotes New Ageism 
• Promotes feelings over facts
• Doesn't teach repentance, but that you can come to Jesus as you are and stay that way
