      4. If you let the limiting belief weeds grow wild, you will continue to see more of that same story in your reality. They will cloud your judgment & perception.

        When most of us try to change a habit or behavior, our tendency is to be hard on ourselves, to be restrictive & controlling. Instead, on this journey towards body love & healing old wounds & patterns, I invite you to be GENTLE with Yourself.
