Jesus said His disciples must "tarry" in Jerusalem to receive the Power. "Tarry" means "to wait". To receive the Power to be or do requires a time of setting everything aside to go and wait for the Lord just as Eagles do to renew their feathers for greater flight. WAIT to shed off unnecessary WEIGHTS to make you LIGHT to take FLIGHT.
