Have we lost our sense of Adventure? Are we so afraid of dying that we are no longer willing to live?

With the craziness that is 2020, is there a lesson for us all? Is it trying to teach us all something about life? Should we continue to live in fear or should we live life to the fullest?

Today I’m talking about hitting the curveballs that life throws at you.

If we spent half as much thought and energy initiating change as we spend reacting to bullshit, we would probably have ended world hunger a long time ago...solved all economic crises...and even ended pollution...but it’s easier to react than to initiate so on and on it goes.

My parents used to ask me this question all the time growing up and I used to think “what a dumb question?” Because the answer was simple, nobody. Turns out they just had a dumb student because the answer isn’t that simple. It’s much more complex.

In this episode, I’m talking about a new book that I’ve been reading and working through along with where I am on my journey to my dreams. Where are you going?

Sometimes it’s hard for us to really keep on the path to our dreams because we aren’t seeing the progress we hoped for. It’s slow moving and even seems motionless at times but keep moving. Don’t stop. Don’t quit. Work The Plan.

We have fallen for a myth in our culture that we don’t need others. We don’t need a partner. We don’t need a community. We don’t need a team. We are all we need. And it’s total BULLSHIT!

Taking about food and diet and eating and it’s probably not what you think.
