The 80/20 Rule says 80% of our input (what we do throughout the day) creates only 20% of our output (impact). But the flipside to this principle is 20% of what we do (input) creates 80% of our impact (output).

So how can we use the 80/20 rule to increase our impact as a classroom leader?

We can stop trying to do more…to jam more things into the 80% of our day. Instead, we need to focus on becoming more and building our leadership skills so we can take advantage of the 20% of our day to add more value to the lives of our students.
