Prior to that he helped start and was the CEO of EDGE Mentoring, a whole life intergenerational mentoring non-profit, for 6 years. He’s the father of the three children all under age 5.

Dave shares amazing insights about the power and benefits of mentoring. He shares what the mentees responsibility is and how to be a good mentee. He talks about the growing importance of strategy in the workplace and skills that young fathers should be developing and encouraging in their kids. Dave talks about the importance and difficulty of being present with our kids and ways we can leverage our networks to facilitate early mentoring opportunities for our children.
