Over the last 15 months we have gradually renovated the entire house inside and out on a very tight budget while living in the home.

Renovating for profit or in this case to manufacture additional equity by doing a cosmetic renovation in a long-term investment property is a different strategy than renovating your forever home and a clear strategy and plan needs to be made prior to purchasing the property.
