Congratulations to client, Destination Fitness, on the opening of their brand new gym space off of Rice Lake Road in Duluth. We talk about this accomplishment with Mike Hendrickson, certified personal trainer, and half of the Destination Fitness duo. His wife, Julie, and himself have been helping people get healthy for years. We also discuss the fresh re-brand of their business with the opening of this new space and even discuss the Rio Olympics and which events we like and are training for (yeah right).
