Intending to shatter your illusion of "Alien", I address humanity's perpetual tendency to hop onto the extraterrestrial explanation for a plethora of phenomena which may have a more Earthly, or even human, origin! 

Why do we assume crop circles are made by aliens, when they appear on freakin crops...on the ground!? Why do we look up to the stars to show us illusions of our future potential? And why do we tend to seek higher intelligence out there, when it is already here with us?
