11.  Using Additional Lead Sources - It's always good to market yourself in as many ways as possible.  

12.  Get Comfortable with Video - Not everyone has to make videos, but, they are a great way to market yourself.  Not just real estate videos, but others about yourself as well.    

13.  Get Social - Use social media for business and personal.  Make people feel like they know you before they ever meet you.  

14.  Practice Your Scripts - Canned scripts for every presentation isn't necessarily the best, but, a pattern to what you need to say is good.  Also, do practice giving presentations to yourself or others so you can be completely comfortable with what you need to share.  

15.  Make Your Calls - Daily you need to work on lead generations, appointments and making contact with clients.  

16.  Strategize and Implement - Have plans for email, direct mail and social media and then put them into action!  

17.  Master Your Presentation Skills - Every presentation is a job interview.  The better you are at it, the better the interview will go and the better the chance you will get that job.  Same with listing appointments!  

18.  Be a Sponge - Any time you have to learn something new, attend a function to grow or read everything you can to help your business is time well spent.  Soak it up.  

19.  Find Accountability - Whether it's to someone else like a coach or mentor, or even a way to be accountable to yourself, do it ASAP.  It's too easy when you are in your own business to put things off because no one is your "boss" but, when you are accountable, it helps keep you focused and headed in the right direction.
