Countless questions arise as to how to manage or administer your digital assets if you are unable to do so yourself. For example, if you become incapacitated or die, who will have access to your email and social media accounts? Who owns the rights on material you have posted on blogs or other websites? And how and when will your social media accounts be shut down?
