When God corrects, he uses his word. 2 Tim. 3:16, Paul told us what the correction in verse 16 would do in verse 17 (That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.). Corrections makes the believer better and fit and the lack of it makes the believer unfit.

Correction is for you to do what exactly is expected of you.

Your life is the sum total of your relationship.

Metamorphoo means to transform or change. God formed us, but sin deformed us. However, it is the Word of God that transforms us. True transformation is impossible to hide—it’s always noticeable. Listen and be blessed.

God's plan for our life pre-dates our birth. Our existence pre-dates our formation hence our life didn't start when we were created. We were created to do God's will and our abilities are God's donation to our life to fulfil his plan.
