Believing is NOT the same thing as thinking. There is a DISTINCT difference. That difference, is action. I know I tell you all over and over that we start with looking at beliefs and thoughts before we change actions or behaviors. And this is so true. But, when we want to create change in our life, we want to change the way we believe first. And, when we believe, we take action. When we take action, we believe.
