    Matthew 6; Philippians 4:4-7

    • Worry is an addiction we tend to IGNORE.
    • Anxiety is the THIEF of joy!
    • Worry adds NOTHING to our lives! (Matthew 6:26)
    • When worry comes knocking, live this motto: (Philippians 4:6)
    • Worry about NOTHING, pray about EVERYTHING!

      • Paul’s antidote for worry:

      • Vs 4: LIGHTEN up! Rediscover the “happy side” of LIFE!
      • Vs 5, 8: Take a deep BREATH. Refocus on the Sovereign LORD.
      • Vs 6-7: Give your worries to HIM! Release it in PRAYER!
      • Vs 9: Discover His PEACE in every circumstance. Rest in the PROMISES of God.
