Sam is in a grumpy mood, as he dishes out his report to his secretary, Effie Perine. A client enters, who wants to redecorate, and make improvements to the office. The actor, Fritz, doesn't impress Sam much. What does he propose anyway, how can he help Sam? The only redeeming quality is the promise of a job, guarding a diamond. All Sam has to do is wear a rabbit suit.
