Aguachile de Limón, also known as Mexican shrimp ceviche, is a traditional dish that originates from the coastal regions of Mexico. It is a refreshing and spicy dish that is perfect for hot summer days. The dish consists of fresh shrimp marinated in a spicy lime and chili sauce, served with sliced cucumbers, onions, and avocado. I recently had the pleasure of trying Aguachile de Limón at a local Mexican restaurant, and I must say, it was a truly memorable experience.
