Welcome to episode #221 of the the podcast celebrating the Alea Iacta Est gaming community. This is Tetsemi. With me as always, is Alludra. (“Hey AIE, I think you’re awesome”). And right over there, we have Mkallah! (Hey guys,there is a quinoa apple bake in the guild kitchen- first of the year, must be healthy!)This week we are doing a small show covering the past years shows and memories from the AIE Guild.

AIE NEWS

Looking to play Magic, the Gathering? Zephirah is trying to get a game going with other AIE members- take a look in the tabletop part of the Imperial Luidi section of the forums.

To prove that he is insane, Rho is planning one more Molten Core run- tonight, 10 PM server. All you need to do is be level 100 with an ilevel of 615.

And we have a new Guildie of the Month! Campino from Eve. He reconned a boat load of moons and systems for the corp to help them get established in their new home. And do you know a great AIE guildie- well, of course you do! We are taking nominations for GoTM for February until January 11th- email those nominations to [email protected].

AIE in Final Fantasy had decided to take down Twintania! The plan right now is to run on January 17 at 9 PM eastern- or 10 PM at the very latest. If you are interested, please be well geared and generally know your class. Not setting any gear requirements or anything, just be mindful that Twintania cannot be beat without everyone at their A game!

GAME NEWS

Changes came to the podcast over the year, we had @ShowNotFound (Ghomus) and @Acuzod step away from the podcast to rejoin real life. We wish them both the best and hope they are enjoying their time in and out of game. And, Mkallah and Tetsemi joined the podcast - not that anyone could fill Ghomus and Zod’s shoes, but they are trying their best!

So, everyone- what have been the hightlights of your year in AIE?

Real Life Events AIE Went to

Nerdactular 2014- the annual gathering of Frogpants community happened in Utah in July. This is an amazing two day event- though, most of us got there early and stayed late. If you have never been to Nerdtacular, you need the make the trek- the 2015 event is scheduled for July 31 and August 1st.

DragonCon 2014- Labor Day weekend brought Dragoncon- and lots of AIE guildies were able to attend- including Nicole Spagnolo and Brian Ibbot that ran the podcast track
