Congratulations to Noob Raid on downing two new bosses, 1 last week and 1 this week! Sounds like a great time was had by all. If you’d like to join in the fun, be online on Saturday evenings around 11 pm EDT and keep and eye out in game chat and in the #Wow channel in the AIE Discord.
SWTOR
Congratulation to the guild for hitting the medium conquest goal on the Imperial Side. The guild is really focusing on conquest goals and helping each other out to find ways to hit the goals that are both effective and fun.
Speaking of fun, Mandatory Fun Night will be on the Republic Side this week, make sure you join the #SWTOR channel on the AIE Discord and join in the Conquest activities and planning.
Also, patch 5.9.1 (mostly bug fixes) will be released on May 22nd and the Summer 2018 Roadmap is out – http://www.swtor.com/info/news/news-article/20180516 – looks like a lot of quatlity of life improvements a PvP focus with the PvE storylines picking up in the fall.
FFXIV
Patch 4.3 dropping on Tuesday, Monday is the 24-hour major patch maintenance.
Preliminary patch notes dropped.
Many changes, many QoL, many few features.
And it was the 45th birthday of Yoshi-P, (Naoki Yoshida) the FFXIV Game Producer, and the FFXIV worldwide gaming community created a 2 hour happy birthday video from the players around the world.

ESO
A new expansion called Summerset will be arriving on Mon., May 21st for players on PC/Mac and coming June 5th to PS4 and XBox. It features 6 new areas, a new skill line called the Psijic Order (pronounced Psy – jick), a new Trial (like a raid), Jewelry crafting and much more.
The guild members have been sky shard farming since they know they will want skill points early on for the new jewelry crafting skill line.
STO
In the upcoming new expansion, you will be able to create Jem’Hadar captains. As Jem’Hadar are all cloned for specific paths, this means your new Jem’hadar captain will start at level 60. You will start with a full complement of Jem’Hadar bridge officers, a fully geared ship, and shuttle.
It also says you will also have pre-completed progress in Crafting, Specializations, and Reputations. All players will be able to create Jem’Hadar characters, but they are recommending new players to create a regular captain first to go through the tutorial and learn to play. There is a Jem’Hadar tutorial, but likely be more an introduction to the new features the Jem’Hadar have before they join a faction.
There will also be a special variant of Jem’Hadar that you can purchase in the c-store, Odo’s Vanguard. These are a special premium breed carefully created under the watchful eye of Odo. They are identical as their lesser brethren, with the added bonus that their engineered soldier trait will also give bonuses to space combat.
Romulan captains may be happy to know that coming with the expansion, the Federation and KDF are going to allow the Romulan captains that have allied with them to fly most of their starships. So, if you have a Romulan captain and have been wanting to fly a Defiant class ship, you will soon get that option.
As for the fleet itself. We are currently focusing hard on the Spire holding, but also making steady progress on a few of the other holdings as well. When complete the Tier II of the Research branch of the Spire, we will have access to some of the best tactical consoles in the game.
