MFN is still on Friday’s at 9pm Eastern.
The Summerset event to unlock a pet, mount, and house has ended. AIE did it’s part to get the achievement completed. The ESO community hit the goal and we should be receiving an awesome house around October 10th. And they will have plenty of items created for it for people to spend their money on.
On October 8th they will be releasing 4 Summerset/High Elves style furniture packs in the Crown Store for purchase if people want to buy them to start furnishing the Grand Psijic Villa we unlocked. The sets available will be for a parlor, kitchen/dining room, bedroom, and bathroom.

It is also Bonus XP weekend. Great time to level mains or alts.
Phoenix Prize pack also going on right now, but this goes until 10/5 10am PT. Get a free phoenix prize pack at Drozana Station each day. And you can buy more from the dilithium store. A great way to stock up on gear upgrade tokens that cost no dilithium on use. And technically the cost of the boxes from the dilithium store for the boxes converted over to these upgrade tokens ends up saving you dilithium compared to regular upgrade tokens that use dilithium in the upgrade process. (Yes, Grebog put it into a spreadsheet to check.)
The fleet can always use more personnel and resources for the fleet holdings. We are still making decent progress on the various holdings and every little bit helps.
The Spire is closing in on Tier 2 of research wing, which will unlock one of the better tactical consoles in game for everyone. The operations wing is also closing on on getting its big Tier 2 project unlocked as well. And then once we complete the Tier 2 research, we will also be able to work on the overall spire’s tier 2 project, which will unlock the fleet versions of the 1000 day veteran ships.
SWTOR
This week was Republic side for conquest. We hit the large goal yesterday.
For MFN, we had a prep team start Scum and Villainy an hour before so that as a 16-person team, we could finish it. The operation has 7 bosses. The prep team got the first 5 down. Special thanks for the idea goes out to Zen.
Next week will be the Imperial side for conquest.
Patch 5.9.3 is dropping this week with a new Huttball map and the start of a week of double XP and CXP.

New patch just hit – FINAL FANTASY XIV, Patch 4.4: Prelude in Violet

As the patch title suggests, tt is prepping the story up for whats to come in the next expansion, which should be announced at this year’s fanfest; November 15-16-17.

GAME NEWS
Mewkow- Moving, lots and lots of unpacking and Destiny 2/WoW when I can
Mkallah- Big fight thursday game, Ravenloft planning…… D&D Friday- learn about the battle between Artraxis and Alistar Bronzebeard- learn about the Shadowfel, find shadow dragon scale that had we taken would have put us in large amounts of danger had we made it into a shield
Mage- no game last session, but tell story about Mills playing the Prince
Tetsemi-
WoW
1) Got exalted with all Horde BfA reputations, still working on 2 Alliance ones to Revered.
2) Horde Raid team got the first three bosses down in Uldir on Normal Mode
3) Completed the Jaina storyline on the Alliance side, including the Siege of Boralus Mythic (15 wipes on the final boss)
Team Positive moment – See # 3 above. Three DPS queued up for Siege, we got a wonderful priest healer who was fighting their addons for dispelling and went through two tanks (I play DPS on the Alliance side) before finally getting the final fight down correctly. The three DPS and the healer were steady, kept discussing what we were doing wrong, without blame, and got ourselves sorted and finally got it! No spoilers, but the final cinematic is definitely a wow moment. Very nice to put a cap on that story line.
Dear Blizzard, please add in a Ferry Master whistle!
Mobile
Lots of Pokemon Go! Got all but one regional (still looking for a Lapris)
Starting playing a new mobile game – Dragalia Lost (think Final Fantasy + Blizzard Game on Mobile)
