Diablo II Remastered, Reloaded, no Resurrected will launch, with cross-play on September 23rd, 2021. Early access to the open beta sign-ups are at https://diablo2.blizzard.com/en-us/

Chains of Domination, Patch 9.1 will be coming out June 29th. Too many changes/updates to list, but a couple of things to highlight. There will be a new land area to explore, flying available in the 2nd or 3rd week of the patch just for doing your covenant story line, a new raid, a new megadungeon, and a revamped Torghast as well as you’ll be able to ride your mounts in the Maw.

Tets and Mew, I know the two of you are a bit burned out with WOW right now. Is there anything that is tweaking your interests in this new patch?

In game news, we are shocked, shocked to see gambling going on in here. The Nar Shaddaa Night Life event is just around the corner. Come to the casino with a few credits in your pocket and unfounded hope in your heart. It only takes a little luck to win the top prizes. Or maybe a lot of luck. Or infinite luck. You have from June 29 to August 10th. Plenty of time to procrastinate….

Also, Double XP is coming back starting on June 29 and going until July 13th.

FFXIV

Patch 5.55 is still the current content patch. This includes the last step of the resistance weapon quest line, which is the best in slot for every job with no need to jump into savage raiding.

Endwalker, the next expansion to FFXIV will be coming out on November 23 (or the 19th for the pre-orders), but there’s a bunch of in-game events happening until then.

Sometime in June (that’s the month we are currently in), we will get the Make It Rain event, which is a Gold Saucer event. Rack up those MGPs to get all of those awesome cosmetics, mounts, minions, and hairstyles!

Sometime in the June/July time frame, we will get a balance patch 5.56, and then another balance patch 5.57 in July/August time frame. This will prep the game up for Endwalker release. We will get more info on this soon!

The Moonfaire and the Rising will be coming in August. This event is normally a celebration of the players and the rebirth of the game many years ago. This event usually falls at or very close to AIE’s own Remembrance Week, so look forward to future announcements on that.

If that’s not enough content for you, AIE is running content on a regular basis.

FF14 AIE Content Progression

Join us down in the #ffxiv channel for more details on the game. Remember, if you are on the fence on this game, the entirety of the base game and the first expansion Heavensward (level 60) is available at no cost. You can check this out on PC, Mac, Steam (for PC), Playstation 4, and the recently released native Playstation 5 version. Regardless of your platform, all players share the same servers, and there’s no limitations on what content or control scheme a platform can use. We love welcoming new players to AIE in Eorzea and we can’t wait to welcome you as well.

MFN’s activities happen each week and involve either zone clears, daily dungeon runs, and/or public dungeon clears. Next week we’ll be making our way through the two public dungeons in the new Blackwood zone.
