Season 4 Launches on Aug 2nd! As Season Three comes to a close, Alliance Raid team “So Let’s Go Skating” killed Heroic Jailer for the Ahead of the Curve achievement and in Mythic Plus dungeons, 11 players in the Alliance led/cross faction group got their Keystone Master achievement. Gusty was one of the final few, thanks to a lot of help. Horde side Raid Team Filthy Casuals has been clearing Normal Sepulcher and is moving on to Heroic.

New details on Dragonflight keep coming out. It’s weird to think that Dragon Riding could make getting from place to place fun, rather than the slow grind to unlock flying that we’ve seen in past expansions. Also we’ll have otter mounts as a reward for a mount collecting achievement and they are adorable.

Noob Raid is being run by Wingclip and Celindre in Dankinia’s absence.

WoW Classic

Wrath of the Lich King is opening September 26th

Currently a 50% XP buff

Soon pre-patch with level XP reduction, new talent trees, spells and a new heroic class (Death Knight)

SWTOR

Legacy of the Sith 7.1 is planned to drop on Remembrance Day, Aug 2nd.

TACO is a Sunday night ops team and we are needing to fill two DPS spots. We run Sunday nights Imp side at 7:30PM Central.

ESO

Things planned or coming up for the guild:

– MFN for the next 2 weeks will be hosted by some of the regular attendees while Kini is out of town.

Game or press release news:

– Lost Depths DLC and Update 35 is available on the PC/MAC PTS now.

STO

Federation: Colony still moving along nicely and closing in on that tier 5. Grebog has also been adding in some provisioning projects to help keep holdings funded and places for you all to earn some fleet marks.

KDF: The main starbase will be done upgrading to tier 1 by the time this is read live. We are also closing in on Tier 3 of the Dilithium mine.

Thursday night fun nights are happening at 11pm. We do all kinds of group activities and if someone has a request, we try to help with those as well.

FFXIV

The 6.2 patch information page has been updated on the Lodestone. Moonfaire items on Shop.

With Data Center Travel up and running, we’d love to have you in our FC on Goblin. Any AIE member or friends thereof are welcome to hang with us on our events, visit our house, ect.

Map nights are still rolling along! Saturday nights at 9:30 pm EST. Come along, get loot, have a great time! Level 90 characters that have all of the zones unlocked are required. Bringing a map is not required but always appreciated.

If you are not 90, there are level 60 group maps with a chance at the loot from those expansions.

And Thursdays at 10pm EST, we are running sprout raids again. We completed all of the legacy 24-player raids (up thru Shadowbringers) and will be looping back around to the Crystal Tower series.

Why August 2nd?

Bruce Galloway was an early member of AIE who passed away on August 2, 2007. His character, Milliway, is permanently fixed at the second-highest rank in the guild: Imperator. He was a fan of AIE on a level that cannot be overstated, and a good friend and kind soul to all who knew him.

The D&D One Shots are full and the DM’s and players have been lively making preparations on their dedicated chat channels – a new thing this year. We’ve got sessions on Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun.

There is SUMMER OF LOVE coming this week! Remembrance Day starts things off and in WoW we gather Tuesday at 9:30pm Eastern at the Shrine of the Fallen. Other events in WoW include a Safari to collect Battle Pets and toys around Shadowlands and two new events: Snail Races (because we now have snail mounts so of course we should race them) and De Other Side Challenge, where Horde players will create an Alliance alt and Alliance will roll a Horde alt. The idea is to gain new insight, even respect, toward the opposite faction. We’re all AIE now!

WoW Classic

A Summer of Love event:

Skye is proud to announce that his Sister Summer of Love (Summeroflove) is looking for a mate. In true Troll fashion you must earn her hand. Six items will be required to win her hand. Her suiter must be a new level one Troll (no bad habits) and able to take care of her (thus the 6 items). The items will be announced on the night of 31 July 2022. To support her in her new life the family has put a dowry of 1000 gold for the winner of the Great Hunt. First troll to trade me said items get Summer of Love and of course the Gold.

There are 2nd and 3rd place prizes as well, just a few small pets! but it should be fun!

And we are doing the Remembrance day walk from the shrine of the Fallen Warrior to the gates of Orgrimmar. We hope to see you there!
