NOMADS

New World – New expanded zone and content now available and has regenerated some interest in New World in general. Servers are busy and have lots of fun new things to explore.

Fresh start servers are available and a couple people are checking them out but most are sticking with our Valhalla server. For those cases where someone hasn’t logged in for 9+ months and might have been moved off Valhalla, server transfers back to Valhalla may be open again.

WoW

Last Noob Raid of the year due to holidays and the expansion will be November 19th. Noob Raid will resume on January 7, 2023. Dankinia is looking forward to floor tanking a new raid for you all in the new year.

WoW anniversary started today. Together with Winds of Wisdom buff (+50%) and Darkmoon Faire (+10%) and this anniversary buff (+18%) it’s the best time to level any chars. Also some nice gear chances (+transmog)

Dragonflight pre-patch event will be launching on November 15th, so get those characters ready to level and collect gear/items from the event.

WoW – Twitch drops for Dragonflight

As we get ever closer to the launch of Dragonflight, we want to keep the spirit of epic adventure going with Twitch drops, along with a new way for you to support your favorite streamers. There are many opportunities to earn unique rewards, and all roads lead to the Dragon Isles. Here’s what you can expect:

SWTOR

Last week we won another Total Galactic War. This time we conquered the planet of Onderon with several of our arms tied behind our backs. It was smooth sailing. Perhaps the galaxy was preparing us for a real fight the next time TGW comes around. We had a conquerors’ party during MFN and prizes were had by all!

We are awaiting the release of 7.2 which Bioware will be talking more about on a livestream this coming Wednesday at 2:30 PM Eastern.

Feast of Prosperity is going on and people are playing in the event for fun and rewards.

ESO

Cool things the guild has been doing:

– After the pumpkin hunt prizes were passed out, we decided to go back as a group and see if we could find them all. Several of us died to BC’s pet slauterfish, but we managed to find all 21

– We’ve worked on killing bosses for the weekly endeavors and plotting our next group event.

Things planned or coming up for the guild:

– Rumor has it there is a fishing tournament in the works. Keep you eyes peeled for more details on that.

– We will be exploring the new zone, Galen, for our next MFN on November 12.

– Kini will not be leading MFN on November 25th due to USA’s Thanksgiving holiday. Feel free to group up and fall off of cliffs without her.

Game News:

– Update 36 and the Firesong DLC is now live on PC and will be out on consoles on November 15th.

FFXIV

On November 20th at 4PM Eastern the FF14 Retro Treasure Map group will be back to running Heavensward treasure maps. Because these are level 60 content they are accessible to Free Trial players as well. Anyone who is level 60 and has access to all Heavensward zones is welcome to join. They can be contacted either in discord or in game if anyone has any questions. Clean out your bags and join in as we gleefully gain glamour and gil. If the RNG is in our favor maybe we will reach the last room in the Aquapolis

STO

Fed fleet is still progressing through the colony, with some provisioning projects being added here and there.

KDF fleet is closing in on completion of the dilithium mine. While the Starbase is nearing tier 2.

Fun nights are still on Thursday, but have been moved up an hour to 10pm Eastern to help with people’s schedules.

Fleet Action Report had also shifted its recording time due to schedule changes in real life and is now recorded live on Monday at 9pm Eastern. This Monday we will be delving into more of the TFOs (dungeons for you non-STO mmo’ers) in the game.

GW2

Shadow of the Mad King the Halloween (Oct 18th – Nov 8) event is now running. This drops some excellent (exotic stat settable) gear. As always, AIE Xiphos is there to help if you want to see why GW2 has thrived for a decade. MFN is on Mondays at 9pm ET, dungeons and more nights is the 2nd Friday of each month. Still looking for materials for the guild hall, see @jehdai for details.

LOTRO

Before the Shadow has been pushed back a week. The new release date is November 15th. Once the expansion launches come hang out in voice and in game while we chat about our experience with the great new zones

And with that, let’s get back to Looci and find out what’s going on in Wow Classic.

GAME NEWS

Hello everyone, Wotlk is going great, its been a great experience, to do everything again. We have a Raid team, we run 2 nights a week, 10 man, and we have cleared all the current content, Naxx, OS, and EoE(malygos). We are starting on progression on Killing Sarthion with Drakes alive, with the hope of managing to do this with all 3 drakes up, so we can get the mount! Beyond raiding, we usually run at least a few heroics daily, and we are all working on the holiday Meta achievements, so we can get 310 flight next year! 🙂 We worked as a team to get everyone who wanted the Hallowed title, running the Headless horseman daily, and turning each other into various things with Wands. We will continue to run, level alts and in general have fun. This expansion has lived up to everyones expectations so far, as many of us played the original WotLK expansion.
