Welcome to episode #420 of the podcast celebrating you, the Alea Iacta Est gaming community, the die has been podcast. WoW Classic

Cataclysm classic pre-patch is live, and Deathwing is claiming lives randomly in the zones around his lair.

Not a smooth pre-patch at all, Blizzard outdoing itself this time. This are getting more stable, even with goblins and worgens running around.

May 20th will be Cataclysm launch, with only 15 months until the following expansion.

SWTOR

This week we had a livestream about Game Update 7.5, “Desperate Defiance”, which is due this spring, possibly even this month. We will be getting a new pvp season, a new game system called Ventures, and a new Spring Event. The game continues to get art updates–this time for the planet Hutta. The Public Test Server is up now and players are able to test the new Ventures.

The Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival looks like a cozy extravaganza with farming, pie baking, and animal rescues. Maybe the galaxy needs a break from pirate invasions, intrigue and eternal war.

Right now, though, it’s a good time to level characters because of double xp. Come join us for MFN on Tuesday this week and get some Conquest points, Galactic Seasons objectives, and that sweet, sweet double xp.

ESO

We’ve been running trials and dungeons for loot and laughs while waiting for the next event and the expansion.

Kraemer has all of the mundus stones and crafting stations currently available at his primary residence. Feel free to stop by to use them if you need to.

The next chapter expansion, called Gold Road, comes out on June 5th for PC. We are looking forward to exploring the new area as well as the changes to some of the base game systems when it comes out.

FFXIV

Live Letter LXXXI (81) is coming May 16th at 4am PDT! This is expected to contain more info on Dawntrail as well as the Job Actions trailer and more info about job updates. The Job Actions trailer showcases some of the new actions and rotation we might expect in Dawntrial.

An updated Benchmark is due to be released on May 23rd. This is to fix the benchmark having incorrect lighting in the Character Creation screen as well as addressing some feedback with the latest updates to the new and improved graphics coming in Dawntrail.
