The Maryland General Assembly's Trumpertantrum this year certainly did not help them politically, nor did it help the people and taxpayers of Maryland. But on one pressing issue, a Democratic Party that saw several of  its members either indicted or under investigation throughout the session followed the lead of Governor Larry Hogan to pass meaningful and important ethics reform.
