Planned Parenthood and the Democrats are spiking the football about eliminating the co-pay from artificial contraception in Maryland. This despite the fact that you would still need to pay a co-pay for drugs you actually need, like an antibiotic when you're sick. So if artificial contraceptives are so good, why don't they introduce legislation to sell them over the counter?
