  • Heather’s begins her day with a San culpa -A connection to the highest truth,  a coherence between the mind and heart. She then moves into Yoga to connect mind and body.  
    • “I am” statement. It’s in the present moment where life exists. This makes the energy of these words together so powerful. It’s the language of the universe creating itself, similar to “Om”  ‘I’ is the masculine energy and “am” is the feminine energy. When you combine the duality we create a beautiful balance.
      • As an Akashic records reader, Heather works with people, connecting them to past experiences and people in this lifetime and beyond.  This is done to heal, to break relational contracts with individuals
        • Heather also has programs to teach others how to access the Akashic records. She also has designed the Sovereign leader program, where she uses the records to help individuals create success in their business.
          • Great question: Do we have soul mates or are we just in frequency with them in certain moments of our lives or over the course of our whole lives?
            • Heather believes a version of our guides, who help to guide us in this lifetime, are actually a part of us that didn’t incarnate in this lifetime is here to help us learn and experience a higher perspective.
