For many midlife women, prioritising your needs brings an unexpected wave of guilt, doubt, or the quiet fear that you’re abandoning someone else in the process.

In this episode, I explore why that happens.

We look at the core beliefs that often sit underneath this pattern — the belief that you must give to be worthy, that sacrifice equals love, and that choosing yourself is selfish.

These beliefs are rarely logical. They’re energetic. They’re inherited. 

After a short teaching, I guide you through a powerful energy healing using kinesiology, Reiki and intuitive clearing to help release:

• The belief that you must give to feel worthy

• The pattern of self-sacrifice
