I enjoyed it.

This book weaves several types of history--WW I, the era of rampant racism, baseball (black and white) along with some really strange occult stuff. As a history buff and a lover of baseball, I found it doubly fascinating. I'm not much intothe psychic but I understand that baseball players can be notably superstitious so their rather weird beliefs fit smoothly into the plot.

I recommend it.

This book has a very interesting twist on the game. It is set in a time when baseball was in its early days.
