The Alliance for Positive Change, a non-profit that helps New Yorkers living with HIV/AIDS and other chronic illnesses, has launched the #SaveALife campaign to equip New Yorkers With skills to prevent fatal opioid overdoses -- by raising funds to provide and train people in the use of overdose prevention kits.
