She is a virtuoso ukulele player and composer. She began playing the ukulele at the age of 5. Playing on the streets of Waikiki with the beach boys, she was discovered by legendary, Don Ho and became a featured performer in his show. From there, her popularity grew and since then she performed and toured around the world. Her album “We Are Made of Stars” was nominated for Ukulele Album of the Year at the 2016 Na Hoku Hanohano Awards.. She has played privately for John Travolta, Steven Seagal, George Clooney, and has opened for Earth Wind and Fire, Chicago, Jimmy Buffett, Chris Isaak, and many others. She is Taimane!
