Today I talk through an analogy that I use to explain what anxiety feels like for people that may not have an understanding of it. This is a handy analogy to know if you don’t have issues with anxiety as it may allow you to better support people that have it. We look at afferent v efferent data which is sent through our nervous system and how we can optimise this to calm ourselves down. I then answer a couple more questions including one about what moment was the turning point with my anxiety. We finish with a body scan
