The ANC has finally admitted that they wish to govern the country without any hindrances afforded by courts, separation of powers of the rule of law.

They want the President and his Ministers to determine what the compensation will be on expropriated land, essentially nullifying the judiciary's ability to oversee the process.

I spoke to Helen Zille, Mark Oppenheimer, Hermann Pretorius, Leon Schreiber and Ernst Roets and asked them for their thoughts on the matter.
