For this episode, I am going to go over a famous harbor city that suddenly disappeared from history. It has been referenced as another possible location for Atlantis and has been examined by archaeologists for years. Tartessos. To accomplish this, I am going to use the help from the following authors:

Herotodus - Known as the father of history, endeavored to create an encyclopedia on world history.  Living from around 484 BCE - 425 BCE. He died around the time that Plato was born.

Plato - a classical Greek intellectual who is our primary source for Atlantis. Living roughly around 425 BCE. Atlantis was written in 360 BCE.

Ephorus - was an ancient Greek historian known for his universal history living from roughly 400 BCE – 330 BCE

Arrian - was a Greek historian, public servant, military commander and philosopher of the Roman period. Living from 86/89 CE  after 146/160 CE
