Racisms legacy is personal. It was for me. It is brutal, ugly, and especially personal. Absolutely so in the workplace. These days is racial segregation mostly our mental juxtaposition albeit still alive and well in corporate terms? But, what does that say about each of us? Racism is actually a personal phenomenon. Many of us seldom if ever climb into the backseat of our persona to delve into what we believe is true and why? We are after all, unlike any other species able to change.
