As Warren Eva continues his dangerous descent down Annapurna, his climbing partner John Black is waiting to welcome him back to base camp.

Warren made history yesterday when he took the first South African flag to the top of one of the world’s most dangerous mountains.

And with avalanches further down Annapurna, Warren is not yet out of danger.
