In the first sermon Jesus preached He read from the 
writings of Isaiah 61.
It says, "The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me because He has anointed Me..."
This message enraged the people of His hometown so much they attempted to kill Him. Why so much anger? Because a man would declare He was anointed.
The same thing is happening today. You have an anointing and that anointing is the greatest threat to the kingdom of darkness.
anti-christ = anti-anointing = anti-Holy Spirit
