You can trust the answers that your brain is giving you that is being communicated through your body’s signals.
  • Get in touch with a therapist if you need any extra support. Having someone in your corner is a great way to keep you accountable and create a growing network of support.
  • Ask your body questions and write down the answers! Track your progress and notice any patterns that may be coming up.
