What I've noticed is that people would rather disappoint, lie, ghost just to get out of something as opposed to just saying, NO!  I'm confused.   You do more damage by being flaky.   I have notice this behavior in so many people no matter the background of the human.  Join me as I share my experience, why I was willing to change, some healthy ways you can be honest.
