The Answers We Seek Are Already Within Us !

I've really loved having Evie and Blake on this weeks Podcast what amazing answers to questions that often have many of us stumped about life !

When it comes to living life to the fullest, for me kids are the real gurus of happiness. They truly understand life better than most of us adults do!

Evie and Blake have a way of teaching me the most essential things about life that I've sometimes forgotten as I've grown older.

I thought as I write this (dictate to Siri)  what are six things I've learned about life from Evie & Blake:

#1 Honesty is pure. Keep it that way.

#2 Every day is a new day.

#3 Stop worrying about tomorrow

#4 Stop and smell the roses.

#5 Even when you fail, it is always important to try again.

#6 Always remember to have fun
