As I've shifted to a more easygoing way of living - I've noticed that anxiety and I are no longer a thing. We still have a situationship, but it's been downgraded to more of a...friends with benefits sort of thing. I call her when I need her and she leaves me alone when I don't. It's perfect.
As usual, a mindset shift got me here. Reality is perception, after all.
