I’ve been envisioning a world without paywalls for a while. In some ways, I’ve been envisioning it since I was a kid; I wanted to skip the whole go-to-school-and-get-a-job thing.
Of course, I couldn’t. I had no generational wealth, so I entered the workforce at 11 years old. My first job was after school at my grandfather & father’s office supply store.
But is this what 11-year-olds are meant to be doing?
Our whole world is built on forced labor, including child labor. It’s built on a vast web of violent systems. We’re imprisoned by a global, imperialist state that has no regard for the people.
It’s just a fact.
I didn’t have kids for many reasons, but mostly because I couldn’t offer them the world. And the world I could offer them was pretty shit. Now, I’m watching this world crumble, and it feels like the time to build anew is here.
I feel it in my bones.
I’ve had some beautiful people reach out and suggest starting a nonprofit. But I don’t want a nonprofit. I want a nonprofit world. I don’t want a government entity; I want a world without government.
We don’t need it. We’re naturally sane and naturally move toward fulfillment. We’ve just been taught otherwise. Yes, there are a few truly sociopathic people. No problem. We can quarantine them like we would a rabid animal.
Then, they heal, or they don’t.
The rest of us want to heal, connect, and live fulfilling, creative lives outside this system of enslavement. When we were all 2 and 3 years old, we would’ve had a great time on the playground together!
We’ve all the information we need to create natural systems across the board—food/agriculture, schooling, community life, you name it. This is not pie-in-the-sky stuff. It’s natural. It’s our birthright. It’s even inevitable.
Because all buildings crumble with faulty foundations.
But, if we build our life on Earth from natural law—as one people—there is no telling the level of fulfillment, beauty, and abundance we can create together.
I see it so clearly. Do you?
