Sally sat down with the coffee master who curated the exhibition,Khalid Al Mullah. Khalid is the founder of the Coffee Museum and National Coordinator of the UAE Chapter of the Specialty Coffee Association, and he takes her through the origins of coffee in the Middle East, the special place it holds here in the UAE, and taking Arabic coffee to the world and so much more.
