Whether you're a coach or not, just thinking about the title of "Master Coach" feels amazing, right?
It's a step above a coach, which brings along with it, a certain level of credibility.
It requires you to upgrade your skills and confidence though too.
So what does it take to MASTER the skill of coaching?
We are going to do that by following 3 universal principles today.
What most think is they just have to coach a million people and they will get better automatically.
There is some truth to that, but let's say you wanted to get better at basketball... but you've been playing football your whole life.
Would throwing the basketball like a football automatically get you get better?
Not exactly.
Which is why I want to reframe this for you today.
I want you to think about going from a coach to master coach, as if you're going from a semi-pro to a pro.
We all know the names of the pros out there, but how often do we think of the semi-pros, even if they are really good??
The truth is, not often.
So how do we close the gap??? And then once you go pro, how do you stay there???
That is what I tackled in today's episode!
